tapes and video's

Believe it or not most Movies we watch on the big screen while we eat our popcorn, started out as novels. Directors are like authors. An author tells the story with words, while the director uses images to tell the story. Its up to the director interpret the text in the novel, and get the certain look the author of the novel might have been picturing.

There are both novelist and screen play writers. Both want to get their works published. While novelist-strive to be published, screenwriters strive to be produced. The converting from novel to film can be tedious. Directors are always trying to make scenes reflect other scenes and even characters. A dramatic scene might reveal a characters true outlook, while a comedy might show the humor of an uprising comedian. While films differ so do directors and actors/actresses in the film. There are all types of movies for all people's interest. Just think that the movie you are watching has came alive from the text that you read, now to the movies that we see.
